Terms and Conditions for Online Consultancy Services offered by Pradeep Bhanot
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of online consultancy services offered by Pradeep Bhanot’s “The Cosmic Voice” (“Consultant”) related to astrology, motivation, and vastu. By engaging the services offered by The Cosmic Voice, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Services Offered: The Consultant offers online consultancy services pertaining to astrology, motivation, and vastu. These services include but are not limited to horoscope readings, motivational guidance, and vastu consultations.
- Consultation Procedure: Consultations will be conducted via online platforms agreed upon by both the Consultant and the Client. The duration and scope of each consultation session will be determined prior to the session.
- Fees and Payments: The fees for consultancy services shall be agreed upon between the Consultant and the Client before the commencement of any consultation session. Payment must be made in advance or as otherwise agreed upon between both parties.
- Confidentiality: The Consultant agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during the consultation confidential. The Client also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any materials or information provided by the Consultant.
- Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Consultant. The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the consultation may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
- No Guarantee of Results: While the Consultant will endeavor to provide accurate and insightful guidance, the Client acknowledges that astrology, motivation, and vastu consultations are subject to interpretation and may not always provide definitive outcomes. The Consultant does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the consultation.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule a consultation session by providing reasonable notice to the Consultant. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the Consultant.
- Limitation of Liability: The Consultant shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the consultation services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana (India). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana (India).
- Amendments: The Consultant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client and will be effective upon their posting on The Cosmic Voice’s website or other agreed-upon platform.
By engaging the services of Pradeep Bhanot, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
