- Service Delivery: The consultancy services provided by The Cosmic Voice are delivered electronically via online platforms agreed upon by both the Consultant and the Client. These services may include but are not limited to horoscope readings, motivational guidance, and vastu consultations.
- Consultation Scheduling: Upon confirmation of payment or as otherwise agreed upon, the Client and the Consultant will schedule a mutually convenient time for the consultation session. The Consultant will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client’s scheduling preferences.
- Consultation Duration: The duration of each consultation session will be determined prior to the session and agreed upon by both parties. The Consultant will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon duration of the session.
- Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe for consultancy services will be communicated to the Client during the consultation scheduling process. The Consultant will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the nature of the services provided may require flexibility in delivery times.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule a consultation session by providing reasonable notice to the Consultant. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may impact the delivery timeframe and may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the Consultant.
- Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or disruptions that affect the delivery of the consultancy services, the Consultant will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. The Client agrees to cooperate and provide necessary assistance to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection required for the consultation session. The Client also agrees to be available at the scheduled time of the consultation.
- No Physical Shipping: As the consultancy services are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. The Client acknowledges that all communication and delivery of services will be conducted online.
- Policy Changes: The Consultant reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the Client and will be effective immediately upon posting on The Cosmic Voice’s website or other agreed-upon platform.
By engaging the services of The Cosmic Voice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
