By engaging the services offered by Pradeep Bhanot, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
- Cancellation of Consultation Sessions:
- The Client may cancel a scheduled consultation session by providing reasonable notice to the Consultant. Notice of cancellation must be provided at least [insert number] hours/days before the scheduled session time.

- No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-show sessions, and the consultation charges will be forfeited.
- Consultant Responsibilities:
- The Consultant will make every effort to adhere to the scheduled consultation session times and provide the agreed-upon services with professionalism and expertise.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Consultant from fulfilling their obligations, the Consultant will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
- Policy Changes:
- The Consultant reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the Client and will be effective immediately upon posting on The Cosmic Voice’s website or other agreed-upon platform.
By engaging the services of Pradeep Bhanot, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
